So I had to go back to the doctor today to get more medication for my UTI, which is just frustrating because the medication makes me dizzy, nauseous, and unable to sleep. On the plus side, on the way home from the doctor's office I stopped at the farmers market and bought some beets, onions, and Zucchini. I decided to bake some zucchini bread to relieve my stress. I put the batter together and then decided to call my mom while it was in the oven. I got a little bit distracted, so the outer edges were a bit burnt, but for the most part it was delicious!
